The Curious Savage

Set in the 1940's in the midst of a family crisis, Mrs. Savage finds herself in the company of a peculiar bunch.  Placed in "The Cloisters," a mental institution, by her self-absorbed stepchildren who want to get her money, Mrs. Savage comes to both know and love the guests, shining light on her own life.  With the turning conclusion of the play, Mrs. Savage is enlightened by the humor and childish honesty gained through her stay.
